The quality of clay is important to me. The clay I carry is very fresh, not exposed to heat or light. I am happy to freeze clay prior to shipping should
anyone want me to. While it won't be frozen by the time it arrives, it does help to reduce any unforeseen heat exposure. Keep in mind, clay is
shipped by priority mail and it does not spend much time in ground transit. Any heat exposure will be from the package sitting in the mail cart during
the carrier's rounds.
I offer high end items at competitive prices. Manufacturers periodically increase their prices and require their sellers to offer products at the
manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP). Not doing so can cause me to lose that product line.
Other things that can affect a price increase would be shipping increases. We are beginning to see the tariffs have an effect as well as the cost of
labor and oil prices going up, businesses and shipping companies adjust their costs and those costs are passed down to buyers like myself.
Should my website prices increase, this would be the reason.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
If you received damaged merchandise please email me immediately. Refunds are not given for downloaded tutorials.
CODS are not accepted.

All shipments should be inspected immediately. All claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on Domestic First Class packages shipped through the Post Office except Priority Flat Rate which
has a 2-3 day delivery estimate.
Return postage fee is not reimbursed.
BACKORDERS and Out of Stock items:
I will occasionally need to backorder items. If this happens, I will let you know that I'm out or that I have already ordered my inventory and that it will
ship when I receive it. I will email you and give you the choice of holding the initial order until all merchandise is ready to ship, or to ship the main
order and then ship the back ordered item. The second option will not result in additional shipping charges to the customer.
Please provide a valid email address on your order. I email shipping notices or any information on product availability. I need a valid address to
communicate with you. I do not share email addys and I don't send spam emails.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: I am happy to special order items in many cases. Special orders depend on availability and feasibility. Special orders
require a 2/3 deposit. Once the item is in, I will send an invoice for the balance due. Deposits for Special Orders are non-refundable.
Free shipping option. I offer free shipping on orders of 75.00 or more. This does not include any tax or shipping charges in the total. It has to be
75.00 or more before checkout. For those orders that fall below the 75.00 amount, you may still see the free shipping option. Selecting that option
will give you the base price for flat rate shipping.
I try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment of an order, except on weekends. If you need to add anything, email me immediately. I always
I primarily use USPS Flat Rate shipping. I do not charge a handling fee on priority packages, only actual shipping rates.
I will only ship to addresses that are on your PayPal account. Please make sure your paypal address information is current. Paypal can use old,
previous addresses which are still on file. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY CHANGES.
I cannot be held accountable for items which are lost in the mail. I reinforce all flat rate envelopes as much as possible. All Domestic Priority and
Flat Rate shipments have a tracking number and are automatically insured for up to 50.00. Once the package leaves my store, it can be subject to
weather delays or any other unforeseeable circumstances. In situations like this, it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please read
International customers are responsible for any customs fees collected by their postal service for the full value of the contents. If a package is
missing, I will file a claim with the USPS for the full value of the package. I will not reduce the value of purchases. Customs fees are based on the
total value of the contents of the shipment as well as the cost of shipping. International customers should check the fees with their postal service
before making a purchase.
International Shipping rates: The Paypal shipping calculators do not recognize 1/10th percentages on item weight. It is designed to accept whole
numbers only. This can create a surprising amount for international shipping. Knowing this, I have always tried to reduce the cost of International
shipping as much as possible. I will refund the amount that is over the actual cost to ship.
Please note, I cannot view a shopping cart until after it is paid for. If you have any questions on shipping, please email me. Once I receive your
order, I will make any adjustments needed.
Packages can take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive depending on the destination and if a package is going by First Class mail or Priority. I strongly
recommend Flat Rate Priority International shipping which takes up to 9 business days to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country and
I do not share any customer information with any third party. Since I use PayPal check out, no credit card information is passed on to me. Shopping
is safe and secure using PayPal checkout. Paypal does not hold any credit card information.
I cannot see any shopping cart contents until after the order is paid for.
I may occasionally send an email on upcoming items or specials. If you do not wish to receive emails, just let me know to remove you and I will.
I will not distribute any email lists to anyone.

Summer Shipping for Clay
During the summer months, clay can bake in your mailbox. When you place an order, I will ship the next day. All clay orders go by priority mail
which takes 2-3 days for domestic delivery. My packages usually arrive to the buyer within 2 days. International shipping takes a bit longer. Priority
mail spends most of its time indoors at a post office or on aircraft and from there, taken to the destination post office for delivery.
If your mailbox faces the full afternoon sun, please do the following.
Plan ahead! You will receive a notice of shipping with a tracking number. If you will not be home when your mail is delivered, have an ice chest or
some type of cooler close to your mail box with ice in it. You should speak to, or leave a note for your mail carrier asking him/her to leave any
packages in the cooler. This will greatly reduce any accidental baking due to the sun.
I am happy to freeze clay prior to shipping. Just let me know to do that as soon as you place your order. The clay will most likely not be frozen by
the time of delivery, but it will help during transit.

access is for a limited time so save (download) the files to your computer. If you ordered the eClass with other items, you will be
